This app is frustrating. I go to the menu and the howie three cheeser bread I want to order is right there. I called the store to see if they still make the three cheeser bread and of course they do. Ok let me get this straight. This defect along with other frustrating features of this app need to be corrected. Managers at the store have said this is an ongoing issue.

I called headquarters in Royal Oak, MI 6 weeks or so ago and then a franchise partner called me a few days later and said his tech would call me which he never did. They did award me my points at headquarters and I tried to use the app today thinking they had plenty of time to fix it, but I got the same error message.
