CeCe has spoken at conferences and events around the world. In addition to her many live performances and guest hosting on national television The Today Show, Good Morning America, Oprah , she has also made appearances on four different programs as an actress. As a fanatic of the next generation, CeCe created a conference for young girls, and today empowers youth in leadership positions in her church. By always being Gospel-centered, her spiritual life inspires others to build bridges with one another and keep their faith at the core of their daily lives.

Seeing a great need for truth in changing times, CeCe increasingly shares her heart online to inspire young and old alike to Biblical living.

She admits doing a live album in the midst of a pandemic was no easy task. Winans and her team were able to make it work. Since the album was recorded in the latter part of , they were able to invite a small number of audience members and seat them throughout the venue.

And we were also able to allow some of the people from our church to hear it and they were able to respond which was pretty amazing.

So, if you listen to the record, you get a little bit of the live feel. She grew up in Detroit, one of 10 children born to David and Delores Winans.

All are well-known artists in their own right. Later, CeCe and her brother, BeBe, began performing as a duo, before venturing off to do their own solo projects.

Her brother, Daniel, and sisters, Debbie, and Angie, have all, also been successful in music. I remember thinking, wow, she can really sing! Winans flew to Houston to celebrate a friend's birthday — a trip she'd planned to make 12 months ago, before everything changed. The pandemic also pushed the "Believe For It" sessions back to late , when Winans, her band and singers were able to safely spread out in a large space. Fortunately, that delay came with a blessing: It gave Winans time to co-write the album's powerful title track.

On top of her musical endeavors, Winans and her husband founded Nashville Life Church nine years ago this month, and are hoping to open the doors to their first dedicated home this spring. So to plan one, and not to really be out on tour, I was just like, 'I don't know about this. I wanted to create an atmosphere where people could sing along. I wanted to create a CD that we could hear on Sunday morning, our worship teams and our choir singing it It's a long time coming but here now, and I think it is perfect for what we are experiencing.
